2008-2009

Sophomore Stephanie Kucsera (top row, second from left) designed costumes for Into the Woods.
Her design won the Regional Barbizon Award For Design Excellence in Costume Design
at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Region III festival in Saginaw, Michigan .
She was one of eight costume designers who competed at the National Festival at
the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. The competition included undergraduate and graduate students
from Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. 
Stephanie was awarded Honorable Mention at the National Festival.

Into the Woods

 

Stephanie Kucsera also designed the set for Spike Heels, which was invited to be performed
at the KCACTF Region III festival in Saginaw, Michigan. Click HERE for more information.
Act I takes place in Andrew's apartment and Act II takes place in Georgie's apartment one floor above.
Danielle Buckel designed props, Amanda Schwab designed lights, Britany Frymier designed costumes,
and Amy Patterson designed hair and make-up.

Alissa (Reidinger) Baker designed the lighting for the "old time melodrama"
Caught in the Villains Web: or More Sinned Against Than Sinning.
David West designed the hair and make-up.

and Kristin Fife received a Certificate of Merit for her costume design for Endgame.
