Deb Denning
Administrative Assistant
Esch Hall 065

ddenning@uindy.edu

Deb became a staff member of the university in January 1995 and has been the administrative assistant for the department of Theatre since November 1996. She coordinates the day to day happenings for the department. Her phone sometimes rings endlessly; her office buzzes with students checking their mailboxes, signing out keys, or borrowing petty cash for production purchases; and her feet often take her up and down the halls and stairways doing errands. Helping with recruitment mailings to prospective students, gathering information for the production programs, attending to correspondence for the faculty, ordering of textbooks and scripts are a few of her Theatre tasks. She would be glad to assist you in any way.

Deb received her Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Kent State University, Ohio. She instructed in a classroom environment for several years, moved on to raise a family, and again was drawn back to an educational environment.
